Shift Lead: Food Safety Manager Certificate required. This position includes but is not limited to working with and supporting chef and management staff, basic cooking duties, overseeing employees while on duty, ensuring food safety policies are followed, overseeing general kitchen duties in lieu of chef.
Busser (Busboy/Busgirl): This position includes but is not limited to clearing tables, wiping down tables, taking trash, taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher, setting tables, refilling consumables, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, refilling drinks and supporting staff and customers as needed in other ways as designated by supervisor.
Janitorial Staff: This position includes but is not limited to cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, trash removal, opening and closing cleaning duties, wiping down cooking stations, cleaning behind and under kitchen equipment and supporting staff and customers as needed in other ways as designated by supervisor.
Prep Cook: This position includes but is not limited to assisting customers with order such as assembling sandwiches, pizzas, salads, etc., prepping meals to be presented or cooked, cleaning food areas, refilling food And consumable containers, preparing drive-thru orders, working directly with chef staff and supporting staff and customers as needed in other ways as designated by supervisor.
Line Cook: This position includes but is not limited to prepping food for the chefs and line cooks such as filling containers, cutting foods, cleaning cooking stations, replacing and verifying cooking tools, some basic cooking duties, organizing ingredients, working directly with chefs supporting their needs strongly and supporting staff and customers as needed in other ways as designated by supervisor.
Cashier: This position includes but is not limited to operating cash registers, making change accurately and efficiently, answering questions, processing the payment of orders both at front of the house and the drive thru, ensuring prices and quantities are correct, providing assistance to cooks, supporting staff and customers as needed in other ways as designated by supervisor.
Dishwasher: This position includes but is not limited to scraping dishes, washing dishes, loading and overseeing basic dishwasher equipment, stocking clean tableware for use, assisting with janitorial and bussing duties and supporting staff and customers as needed in other ways as designated by supervisor.
